  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can request a return within 3–5 days of delivery (if applicable).

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

3. Eligible Refund Cases
