Voice Complaint Kiosks Open in Vizag 🎙️

People can now record police complaints at Visakhapatnam Railway Station and the RTC Complex, without first visiting a police station.

Home Minister V. Anitha inaugurated the two voice based kiosks on Saturday, September 26. People can speak their complaint in Telugu, English or Hindi.

The kiosks are connected to the Public Grievance Redressal System, which is intended to help police process and respond to complaints faster. The city police placed them at two busy transit points so commuters and local residents can use them.
