Visakhapatnam witnessed a proud Independence Day moment as a 100-metre-long National Flag was carried along Vizag Beach Road, creating a striking display of patriotism across the city.

The event was jointly organised by the Andhra Pradesh Tourism and Hoteliers Association as part of the celebrations marking India’s 80th Independence Day.

The massive Tricolour, carried by participants along the iconic Beach Road, brought together people in a celebration of national pride and unity. With the sea and Vizag’s scenic coastline providing the backdrop, the procession turned the city’s waterfront into a memorable Independence Day spectacle.
