🌊 Vizag’s “Bay City” Coming Between Kailasagiri and Bheemili

A new coastal development zone called Bay City is being planned from Kailasagiri towards the outskirts of Bheemili.

🏖️ The project will cover nearly 40 square kilometres along Vizag’s coastline, with a focus on tourism, better infrastructure and organised urban development.

A special authority will be created to plan and speed up projects within this zone. The Joint Collector has also been assigned to oversee the required land-acquisition process.

📋 District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore said the detailed project report for the coastal corridor is expected to be ready by December 2026.

The project is currently in the planning stage. Exact attractions, budgets and construction timelines are yet to be announced.
