🚇 Vizag Metro Land Acquisition to Be Accelerated

The land acquisition process for the proposed Vizag Metro Rail project is expected to move faster.

➡️ District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore instructed revenue officials to prioritise the required land acquisition and resolve pending land-related issues without unnecessary delays.

🏗️ Officials were also directed to speed up cases involving government land, encroachments, denotification and compensation for people whose properties are acquired for public projects.

📌 This is an administrative step towards the Metro project. A specific construction start date has not yet been announced.
