Vizag-born Sobhita Dhulipala has spoken about why she moved away from Vizag and started a new life in Mumbai.

Sobhita was responding to an Instagram post that questioned whether Telugu people support those from their own community who choose different paths.

She agreed with the post and described the environment she experienced in Vizag as deeply resistant and judgemental towards people who wanted to dream differently.

Sobhita said these social pressures and the lack of freedom affected her personal growth and self-expression, leading her to leave Vizag in search of greater opportunities.
