🚢 Largest-Ever Vessel Secured at Vizag Port’s SPM

Visakhapatnam Port has successfully secured MT ATREBATES, the largest vessel ever handled at its Single Point Mooring facility. ⚓

➡️ The Belgian-flagged crude oil tanker is 339.5 metres long and 60.04 metres wide, with a capacity of 3,21,761 tonnes.

🛢️ It arrived on September 1 carrying approximately 2,66,877 tonnes of crude oil.

Built in 2025, MT ATREBATES is among the world’s largest crude carriers. Handling a vessel of this size requires careful planning and coordination between port officials, marine teams and terminal operators.

This achievement shows Vizag Port’s ability to safely handle some of the world’s largest vessels and massive cargo operations. 🌊
