🚗 Kailasagiri May Get a Second Ghat Road!

Kailasagiri may get a second ghat road to manage the increasing number of visitors and reduce pressure on the existing route.

VMRDA in-charge Commissioner Ketan Garg inspected Kailasagiri and Thotlakonda along with officials on Saturday. He directed them to take the necessary steps regarding the proposed road and reviewed other development works planned at the hilltop.

The second-road idea was originally proposed several years ago as part of the Kailasagiri redevelopment plan. It is now receiving renewed attention from VMRDA.

However, the route, budget and construction timeline have not yet been announced.
