🌧️ Holiday Declared for Vizag Educational Institutions

Visakhapatnam District Collector has declared a holiday for all educational institutions in the district on Wednesday, September 23.

The decision was taken as heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected under the influence of the depression over the Bay of Bengal.

Vizag remains under an orange alert, with strong winds, thunderstorms and intense rainfall possible in some areas. Parents and students should also follow updates from their respective institutions.

Residents are advised to avoid unnecessary travel and stay away from flooded roads, trees and electric poles.
