Fishermen Families to Get 50 kg of Free Rice 🌧️

Fishermen’s families affected by the recent heavy rain will receive 50 kg of rice free of cost, according to an announcement by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

The support is intended for families whose fishing income has been disrupted because they could not venture into the sea during the deep depression.

The Chief Minister announced the measure while reviewing rain conditions with senior officials. He also asked them to stay alert to possible flooding and reviewed water levels in reservoirs.

Distribution dates and eligibility details have not yet been announced.
